This is a project about the boundary of music and sound.
The name "id" is a joke reference to Sigmund Freud without any deeper meaning. The same can be said about the actual project - it's not pretentious, just a single person exploring what kind of sounds hardware can make.
The primary driver behind my music creation is engineering. I make things first and only then try to make sounds that are similar to music.
